Mark founded Wasatch Civil in 1998. He is currently managing several of our key clients and oversees our special projects. He has had over 32 years of experience in design, drafting, surveying, master planning, inspection, and project administration of municipal and private civil engineering projects. His responsibilities have included: design and construction management of roadway, water, secondary water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities; residential, commercial, and industrial site design; field surveying and project management; design of parks, stormwater reservoirs, and landfills; community and utility master planning; performing municipal reviews of subdivision and commercial site developments, and serving administratively as City Engineer for multiple municipalities and special service districts in Northern Utah.

Jory joined Wasatch Civil in 2016. He directs business operations, business development, and strategic planning for Wasatch Civil. He also oversees several key clients and manages various engineering projects. His experience includes project management, construction management, design, inspection, and planning for roadway, transportation, water, sewer, and storm drain projects. Jory has recently managed several projects including the reconstruction of the 40th Street widening project, Business Depot Ogden roadway improvement projects, and the reconstruction of the George Wahlen North Park.

Chaz joined Wasatch Civil in 2001. He oversees marketing and is responsible for the design and drafting of residential and Commercial subdivisions, culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, curb and gutter, roadways, and landscape projects. He is skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator SketchUp. Recent projects include design and drafting for numerous municipal culinary water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain projects; preparation of construction drawings and project management for the Hill Air Force Base Wellhouse and Reservoir Project; North Park Project; master-planned residential plans; and landscape design for many municipal improvement projects including North Park, Emma Russell Park, roadways and detention basins.

John joined Wasatch Civil in 2002. He has over 29 years of experience in master planning, design, inspection, and project management for municipal and private engineering projects. His responsibilities have included: preparation of water, sewer, and storm drainage master plans for various municipalities and special service districts; design and development of technical specifications for sewer, storm drain, and water system improvement projects, project management and quality assurance for construction of landfills and municipal utilities, review of subdivision plans and plats, and computer modeling of storm drainage systems and water distribution systems.

Brad joined Wasatch Civil in 2000. He has over 33 years of experience in design, drafting, inspection, and project management for various types of engineering projects. He is responsible for engineering design, construction management, and quality control. His duties include planning, layout, and design of commercial sites, design of culinary water systems, storm drainage and detention systems, sanitary sewer systems, road design, and construction management. He is also responsible for providing engineering support for Roy Water Conservancy District and South Ogden City.
